KRA offers Boys basketball Ages 10-18 through the City Wide Athletics Program
Age groups will be separated into the leagues of ages 10-12, ages 13-14, ages 15-18.    The players will play in the City Wide Athletics program according to the respective rules, however, KRA does not have the jurisdiction to override those rules.  Rules and regulations will be provided to the coaches at the City Parks and Recreation Area coaches meeting.   A jersey will be provided for the season.  Practices will be held in Kempsville area gyms. The City Parks and Recreation Department makes the game schedules and locations to be held within the City limits.  The season lasts for approximately 10 weeks. The registration fee is $75.  Volunteers are always needed and welcome.
